Refund Policy

The customer will be reimbursed in full, without any additional compensation or reimbursement.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a replacement product of equal or similar value.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

Refund requests must meet the following criteria:

  • Submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Sent via email to [email protected].
  • Include the order reference number and a detailed explanation with supporting reasons for the refund request.

Once your refund request is submitted, please allow up to 1 business day for our customer service team to respond. You will receive an email from [email protected], and our support agents may request further information or provide additional instructions.

If your refund is approved, processing may take up to 1 business day. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. The refund will be returned to the credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account you used to make the purchase.

Please ensure that all copies of the license are destroyed.
